Observation

At the time of the site visit there was a loose garden hose on the playground. There is a broken cabinet door in the Toddler room. At the time of the site visit there were child sized chairs stacked on the a table (falling hazard). The site outlets next to the sinks in classrooms of all the classrooms except for the pioneers room do not have GFCI outlets.
